Our cruise sets sail from
Southampton (near London) and will circumnavigate the British Isles
visiting the history rich ports of: Le Havre (for Paris or Normandy/Bayeux) France; Edinburgh, Loch Ness
and Glasgow, Scotland; Belfast, N. Ireland; Liverpool, England; Dublin and
Cobb, Ireland; St. Peter Port, (Gurnsey Island) England and back to Southampton (for
London).
Join teachers Patt Blair and Jane
Sassaman for workshops and special projects created just for our cruise.
Additionally, we have also arranged optional quilter
tours in Normandy which will visit the Normandy Beaches as well as the village of Bayeux to see the famous tapestry. In Glasgow, we will offer a
full city tour and a quilter visit to the Paisley Museum, where one will enjoy the history of
the famous paisley textiles.

itinerary just for you. You may join us just for our incredible
quilting cruise, or, you may extend your vacation and come with us to the

August 13: Immediate
departure after disembarkation from the cruise to the city of Bath, a
World Heritage Site. B
August 14: After
breakfast, we will enjoy a guided Bath city tour as well as a tour of the
American Museum, home to one of the finest collections of American Quilts
outside of the USA. B
August 15: We will
transfer via our luxury coach to our Birmingham hotel which is on the
grounds of the NEC, home of the Festival of Quilts. B
August 16-18: You
will have multi-day passes to enjoy the Festival of Quilts at your
leisure. Our hotel accommodations include a full breakfast buffet daily and
complimentary shuttles to/from the door of the show. B
August 19: After a
morning of leisure, we will depart this afternoon via luxury coach for
London. We will spend the night at the convenient London Sheraton Heathrow Hotel
in anticipation of departure tomorrow. B
