The 2009 Quilt Cruise for a cause has been sold out - thank you so much for your interest!!  Do come back and check for next year's cause cruise - or go here to register for updates and be automatically entered for a chance to win a free cruise!!

- Proceeds from this cruise will be donated to the Quilter's Hall of Fame or to Disaster Relief - the choice is yours!

We are on our way!  Join teachers Marianne Fons, Pam Holland, Yvonne Porcella, Kathy Kansier and  Sandie Lush!
The first annual Quilt Cruise for a Cause is scheduled to depart from London
on August 24, 2009.  The Festival of Quilts option begins August 21.

Quilting classes will abound on this British Isles cruise journey. As you see, an amazing group of quilt teachers and quilting personalities are being gathered to share during this fundraising event. In addition to the onboard quilting festivities, during all port stops  Deb will provide those interested with information on museums, boutiques and related places to see quilts, (as they are available) where you can learn of the area's quilt and textile history or pursue our all time favorite activity of checking out the neighborhood quilt and fabric shops.  Best yet, we have not scheduled any quilting workshops while the ship is in port so that you may fill your time with on-shore activities as you see fit; you will be able to enjoy each stop without the need to miss one quilt related activity.

An incredible opportunity for any quilter, join us for England's Festival of Quilts plus a 12 day quilt cruise. Please note! One does not have to be a quilter to enjoy this adventure!  Several non-quilting spouses have already joined the group! Join us to relax with family or friends, or to meet some new people.  Everyone is welcome.  With the 100s of activities onboard the incredible Crown Princess® there will be no shortage of things to keep every interest occupied.

Let the celebrations begin! The Quilter's Hall of Fame (TQHF) is turning 30! The home of TQHF is in the historic Marie Webster house in Marion, Indian; coincidentally, 2009 marks Marie Webster's 150th birthday!

The mission of TQHF is to celebrate quilting as an art form by honoring the lives and accomplishments of those who have made outstanding contributions to the quilt world. As part of the Quilter's Hall of Fame 2009 anniversary festivities thanks to our wonderful teachers we are designating TQHF as a 2009 quilt association donation recipient.  OR you may designate your contribution go to disaster relief through the American Red Cross or Samaritan's Purse. The choice is up to you!
