cabin prices are $1699 no matter your cabin choice, limited space
available for 3 or 4 in a cabin. Any special offers by the cruise
line are for the first 2 in a cabin and do not apply to the 3rd or 4th
person. We do not accept credit cards. The
prices above reflect a discount for those who wish to pay by cash. The
regular price for this cruise is approximately 3% more than the discounted price

Cabins are booked in the best available
in each group class category, not all categories are available at the
above rates. Cash
payments accepted by check, money order or bank transfer.
$150 discount available for non-quilters when
booked with a quilter in the same cabin.
Cruise prices are capacity controlled for
specific categories only and cannot be guaranteed until booking is
received and confirmed. Cruise line port taxes and surcharges are
not included in the above prices and are $399 per person.

Visa Information for Russia
Cruise ship passengers can currently visit Russia on visa-waiver scheme
provided the stop in the port of call doesn't exceed 72 hours and tourists
stay overnight on board the cruise ship. However, cruise passengers
may disembark from the ship without a tourist visa ONLY if they
participate on tours organized by Holland America. Passengers not
participating on Holland America tours and wishing to disembark will need
to obtain a Russia tourist visa. Passengers won't be permitted ashore if
they don't present a valid passport, a Russian visa and a voucher issued
by a Russian travel company or another authorized organization.
Cruise passengers cannot obtain a visa in Russia. Visas are issued in the
country of residence before departure.

Fare(s) in USD, per person, based on
double occupancy, cruise only, subject to availability, are capacity
controlled, may be limited by residency. Surcharges, government fees and taxes
of approximately $399 are per person and are additional to the
quoted price. Holland America®
right to impose a fuel supplement of up to $12 per person per day on all
passengers if the NYMEX oil price exceeds $60 per barrel, even if the fare
has already been paid in full. See the applicable Holland brochure or
for terms, conditions and definitions that apply to all bookings. Other
restrictions may apply. Third person in a category rate applies only
after two quilters are paying the regular quilter cabin rate, special
offers only valid for first 2 in cabin.
Passport fees, insurance, gratuities and shore tours are not included in the above
pricing. Availability and any special offers by the cruise line are not
guaranteed until a deposit is received and a booking is made.
Complimentary room service applies to items from the complimentary room
service menu only. Holland America or Deb Roberts' Tours are not
responsible for typographical errors or omissions. Travel protection is
optional and is not applicable until the final payment has been made.
Flexibility during cruise port time
is allowed so each passenger may enjoy the area at their leisure.
Passports must be valid until January 10, 2019. Sewing machines are not
required by teachers for classes on this cruise. As port time is often
quite limited, unless specified on this website, escorted trips to quilt
shops or other group activities while on shore are not planned so that one
has control of their time in each port.
It is the responsibility of each guest to ascertain the need for a
VISA and meet the VISA requirements.
